Lightly raced mare Bells of War has made it 3 from 3 this campaign and the stable is confident she can keep stepping up and continue on her winning streak.
She has had her fair share of niggling problems but it has been a blessing in disguise, having to had to space her races out has defiantly been the winning of her races along with the outstanding riding performances of regular jockey Jay Ford. Jay clicks well with this mare and knows her better then anyone else, with the confidence in himself as well as the mare, she didn't jump with her usual speed and dropping back in distance we were a little concerned when they jumped, but Jay made every call the right one by riding her very patiently at the rear of the field, making the last dash at them for the victory.
We have no doubt this mare will make Metro grade and getting black type for her page would also be a great asset.
