Facilities

Karakatsanis Racing has relocated to a our new training premises, where we have 16 brand new 5m X 5m airy stables, hosing bay, feed room and soon to be 6 horse walking machine.

The stables have been designed for the horses comfort and wellbeing, the layout is set so all horses can see each other and to always have company, high concrete walls so they can’t become cast and caught up in any other materials and very horse friendly with safe wide walk ways.
Each horse has their own individual gear, resulting in all horses having correctly fitted gear which is essential when working the horses.

We have use to many fantastic tracks to choose from here at Warwick Farm.

The new stable setup is next to none at Warwick Farm and the horses have never been happier which is the outmost important in the running of the stable and am hoping this will contribute to alot more success coming out of the stable.

FACILITIES

Our facilities include:

  • Riley’s – a quiet scenic off course track with 3 tracks to choose from, also includes a bush trial ride. Very good for the highly strung horses that need to be kept away from the busy main tracks.
  • River Ride – a beautiful quiet straight track that runs along the river’s edge, great also for the highly strung horses and also something different for the horses to do of a morning.
  • Pro Ride – a synthetic track used mainly for faster work, Jump outs and trials are also used on the track.
  • A grass – for horses up ready to race the a grass provides a good galloping surface for your horse.
  • 2yo Grass – for 2yos, great for education on the grass track.
  • Sand Track – used for slow work.
  • Bullring – used for slow work, great for warming the horses up for work out on the bigger tracks, but also big enough to work your horse around for something different.
  • Heated Swimming Pool – round swimming pool with excellent hosing and tie up facilities within the complex.
